Job summary

Red Bull Distribution Company is seeking an Account Sales Manager to drive outside sales and manage a route of accounts, increasing placement of product displays at large and small format stores. You will upsell inventory, cooler space, and displays while servicing customers safely and per Red Bull execution standards.

The role emphasizes building relationships with store contacts, achieving monthly sales and merchandising goals, and maintaining brand integrity across the route.

Qualifications

• Valid US Driver's License and DOT Medical card are required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Experience in sales, account management and DSD is a plus.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or displays.
• English; other languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Outside sales of product inventory for assigned Red Bull accounts.
• Manage relationships with customer contacts and upsell inventory, cooler space and displays.
• Ensure equipment is clean and in good working order; service accounts per Red Bull standards.
• Meet monthly goals: sales, distribution, pricing, display, and new account setup.
• Build and protect the Red Bull brand through proper rotation and fresh product flow.
• Collaborate across the organization and maintain relationships with assigned accounts.
