Job summary

Red Bull Distribution Company is seeking an Account Sales Manager to drive outside sales across a defined route of accounts. You will grow product sales, secure displays, upsell inventory and ensure installations meet Red Bull standards while maintaining store relationships.

The ASM represents the brand, coordinates with store contacts, monitors promotions, and works cross-functionally to expand distribution. A valid US driver’s license and at least 21 years old are required.

Qualifications

• Valid US Driver’s License and obtainment of DOT Medical card.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Experience in sales, account management and DSD a plus
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays
• English; additional languages an advantage

Responsibilities

• Manage products and relationships with assigned RBDC accounts.
• Identify account product needs and opportunities to increase sales.
• Ensure all Red Bull equipment is clean and functional.
• Conduct outside sales activities.
• Assist with ad displays and merchandising.
• Monitor competitors’ activities (new launches, price changes).
• Aim to meet monthly sales, distribution, pricing and display goals.
• Ensure proper rotation and brand flow to keep products fresh.
• Expand product assortment and improve in-store branding at each account.
• Collaborate across the organization and share best practices.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with account contacts.
