Job summary

Go‑Forth Pest Control is hiring in the Virginia Beach area for a field service role. The position involves hands-on pest control, customer interaction, and occasional sales of add-on services.

Training is provided in-house, with a focus on safety, quality work, and meeting Go‑Forth standards. The job requires working outdoors in all weather, in crawl spaces and tight areas, with a strong emphasis on customer service and territory management.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable working outdoors, under houses, and in confined spaces.
• Must be self-motivated and dedicated to quality work.
• Willingness to be coached and accept feedback.
• Must maintain a driving record meeting MVR standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve customers following Go-Forth standards.
• Perform pest control on residential and commercial properties per procedures.
• Identify and remove webs; apply perimeter granules.
• Mix and apply pesticides per label and state regulations.
• Educate customers on pest prevention and home maintenance.
• Document service details in the CRM (FieldRoutes).
