Go-Forth Pest Control in Mooresville, NC is hiring for a hands-on pest control service and sales role. You will train in-house and work outdoors in all weather, building rapport with clients and upselling services.

Qualifications

• Comfortable working outdoors, under houses, and in confined spaces.
• Must be self-motivated and dedicated to delivering quality work.
• Ability to work Monday through Saturday; overtime eligibility may apply.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers following Go-Forth standards for customer service.
• Treat residential and commercial properties for pests according to procedures.
• Remove webs and apply granules around property perimeters.
• Mix and apply pest control chemicals per label instructions.
• Educate customers on pest prevention strategies and home maintenance practices.
• Quote customers for termite prevention services and active termite treatments.
• Identify opportunities to upsell additional services.
• Document service details in the CRM system.
• Operate company vehicle and travel between locations daily.
