Job summary

Go-Forth Pest Control is seeking a resilient field professional for hands-on pest control and sales across outdoor and tight indoor work spaces in the Raleigh area. You’ll train in-house with no prior experience required and grow by mastering treatments, customer service, and upselling services.

Expect long days in varying weather, driving between sites, and a role that combines physical labor with coaching and customer interaction.

Qualifications

• Must be willing to work outdoors in all weather.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to upsell and identify service add-ons.
• Must have a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and build rapport while delivering services.
• Perform pest control treatments following safety protocols and labels.
• Quote termite prevention and upsell additional services.
• Document service details in the CRM after each visit.
• Operate company vehicle and travel to multiple locations daily.
• Maintain equipment and adhere to safety procedures.
