Job summary

Go-Forth Pest Control in Columbia, SC is seeking a hands-on service and sales professional. This role involves crawling through crawl spaces, working outdoors in all weather, and delivering pest control treatments while building rapport with customers.

You will upsell services, educate homeowners, and operate a company vehicle within a defined territory. In-house training provided; a valid driver's license and a strong work ethic are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be comfortable working outdoors, under houses, and in confined spaces.
• Must be responsible, self-motivated, and dedicated to quality work.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to thrive in a coaching and feedback-driven environment.
• Valid driver's license and ability to maintain a clean MVR record.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers following Go-Forth standards for service.
• Treat residential and commercial properties for pests following procedures.
• Remove webs and apply treatments around property perimeter.
• Educate customers on pest prevention and home maintenance.
• Upsell additional services and equipment as appropriate.
• Document service details in the CRM (FieldRoutes).
• Operate company vehicle and travel to multiple locations daily.
