Job summary

Go-Forth Pest Control in Fayetteville, NC seeks a motivated pest-control technician for outdoor service, sales, and customer interactions. Full in-house training provided; no prior pest control experience required. You will work in crawl spaces and across varied weather, maintaining safety and a strong work ethic.

Build rapport with clients, upsell services, and document all visits in our CRM. This role demands reliability, driving, and a willingness to grow with the team.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Must be 21 years or older to operate a company vehicle.
• Willingness to work outdoors, in crawl spaces, and in confined spaces.
• Able to work Monday through Saturday; overtime may apply.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers following Go-Forth standards for customer service.
• Treat residential and commercial properties for pests following procedures.
• Remove webs and apply pest-control treatments around property perimeters.
• Educate customers on pest prevention and home maintenance practices.
• Identify opportunities to upsell additional services to customers.
• Document service details accurately in the CRM system (FieldRoutes).
