Job summary

Go-Forth Pest Control in Hickory, NC is seeking a hands-on field specialist who will deliver pest treatments and drive sales, including add-ons and door-to-door prospecting. Training is provided in-house, no prior pest-control experience needed.

You’ll work outdoors in all weather, in residential and commercial settings, to protect customers’ homes. You’ll greet clients, upsell services, and document visits in the CRM (FieldRoutes).

Qualifications

• Comfortable working outdoors, under houses, and in confined or tight spaces.
• Must be responsible, self-motivated, and dedicated to delivering quality work.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work Monday through Saturday; overtime eligibility applicable.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and deliver Go-Forth service standards.
• Apply pest control treatments to residential and commercial properties.
• Identify opportunities to upsell additional services and products.
• Document service details in the CRM (FieldRoutes).
• Operate a company vehicle between locations in compliance with safety rules.
