Job summary

Go-Forth Pest Control seeks a hands-on service and sales professional in Athens, GA. You’ll work outdoors, crawl through tight spaces, and apply pest control treatments while building rapport with customers.

No prior pest control experience is required; in-house training is provided. You’ll drive a company vehicle, work Monday–Saturday with overtime, and have growth opportunities as you level up professionally.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older to operate a company vehicle.
• Comfortable outdoors, under houses, and in confined or tight spaces.
• Willing to work Saturday and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers following Go-Forth standards for customer service.
• Treat residential and commercial properties for pests following all Go-Forth and state-required procedures.
• Remove webs from premises; apply granules around the perimeter of the property.
• Mix and apply pest control chemicals in compliance with label instructions and applicable state regulations.
• Educate customers on pest prevention strategies and proper home maintenance practices.
• Quote customers for termite prevention services and active termite services when termite activity is detected.
• Request customer service reviews from satisfied customers.
• Work within an assigned territory, completing multiple services per day (typically 14–20 locations).
• Document all service details accurately in the CRM system (FieldRoutes).
• Operate a company vehicle to travel between customer locations daily, adhering to all traffic laws, Go-Forth vehicle use policies, and applicable state regulations.
• Identify opportunities to sell additional company services and products.
• Maintain company equipment and follow all safety protocols for handling chemicals and tools.
• Additional responsibilities as assigned.
