Job summary

Go-Forth Pest Control in Winston-Salem, NC seeks a proactive service professional for outdoor pest control work. You will crawl through crawl spaces and inspect client properties, performing treatments and educating customers on prevention.

No prior pest control experience is required; full in-house training is provided. A valid driver’s license and willingness to drive regionally are essential. Expect long hours, some Saturdays, and a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ to operate a company vehicle.
• No prior pest control experience required—full in-house training provided.
• State pesticide applicator license will be required upon or shortly after hire (company-supported).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide pest control services following Go-Forth standards.
• Treat residential and commercial properties for pests in accordance with procedures and regulations.
• Educate customers on pest prevention and home maintenance practices.
• Offer service add-ons and upsell treatments when appropriate, including door-to-door prospecting.
• Work within a designated territory, completing multiple service visits daily and documenting details in the CRM.
• Operate a company vehicle and comply with safety and traffic policies.
