Job summary

Go-Forth Pest Control in Athens, GA seeks a hands-on service and sales role. You’ll crawl through crawl spaces and work outside in all weather; no prior pest control experience is required as in-house training is provided.

You’ll build client rapport, upsell services, and perform D2D prospecting. Expect long hours and a commitment to growth, safety, and meeting state guidelines while traveling the service territory.

Qualifications

• Must be comfortable outdoors, under houses, and in tight spaces.
• Must be responsible, self-motivated, and committed to quality work.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Able to work Monday–Saturday with overtime eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers following Go-Forth standards for service.
• Treat residential and commercial properties per procedures.
• Remove webs and apply granules around perimeters.
• Mix and apply pest control chemicals per label and state rules.
• Educate customers on pest prevention and home maintenance.
• Quote termite prevention and active termite services when detected.
• Work within an assigned territory, visiting 14–20 locations per day.
• Document service details in the CRM (FieldRoutes).
• Drive a company vehicle between locations while complying with laws.
