Job summary

Go‑Forth Pest Control is seeking a rugged, customer‑facing technician to perform pest control services across residential and commercial properties. This role blends service delivery with active sales of add‑ons, upsells, and treatments, including D2D prospecting, in a fast-paced environment.

The position requires tolerance for outdoor conditions, a valid driver's license, and willingness to work Mondays through Saturdays with potential overtime.

Qualifications

• Comfortable outdoors and in confined spaces.
• Must be responsible, self-motivated, and deliver quality work.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to thrive in a coaching and feedback-driven environment.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive company vehicle.
• Willing to work Monday through Saturday; overtime may apply.
• Reasonable commute or willingness to relocate before starting.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers per Go-Forth standards for customer service.
• Treat residential and commercial properties for pests following procedures.
• Remove webs and apply perimeter granules around the property.
• Mix and apply pest control chemicals per label instructions and state regulations.
• Educate customers on pest prevention strategies and home maintenance practices.
• Quote customers for termite prevention and active termite services when detected.
• Request customer service reviews from satisfied customers.
• Work within an assigned territory, completing 14–20 locations per day.
• Document all service details in the CRM system (FieldRoutes).
• Operate a company vehicle between locations daily, adhering to traffic laws.
