Job summary

Go-Forth Pest Control seeks a capable technician to perform pest control services at residential and commercial properties. You will work outdoors, in crawl spaces, and tight areas, delivering quality service while building rapport with customers.

Ideal candidates are self-motivated, strong communicators, and ready to work Monday through Saturday with possible overtime. A valid driver’s license is required, and training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Must be comfortable working outdoors, in crawl spaces, and in confined areas.
• Must be self-motivated, dedicated to delivering quality work.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Willing to work Monday through Saturday; overtime eligible.
• Valid driver's license and clean MVR as per policy.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly service in line with Go-Forth standards.
• Perform residential and commercial pest treatments following procedures and safety guidelines.
• Identify opportunities to upsell services and add-ons to customers.
• Document service details accurately in the CRM system (FieldRoutes).
• Operate company vehicle between locations and adhere to traffic laws.
