IFP Motion Solutions Inc. is seeking a talented Account Manager to drive sales and cultivate long-term client partnerships in the industrial sector.

You will combine technical knowledge with strong interpersonal skills to advise on components, services, and systems from our portfolio. Responsibilities include maintaining value-based customer relationships, coordinating with Inside Sales, Engineering and Purchasing, and expanding into new markets.

Formación

• Bachelor's or technical Associate's degree preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with team, suppliers and customers.
• Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities and develop strategies to drive sales growth.

Responsabilidades

• Establish and maintain value-based customer relationships daily.
• Help customers choose components, services, or systems from IFP Motion Solutions Inc.
• Coordinate customer needs with Inside Sales, Engineering and Purchasing.
• Leverage external partner-supplier resources and work with internal teams for technical support.
• Advise clients on product selection, system integration, and customized solutions.
• Use a CRM to manage and track sales opportunities.
• Participate in internal meetings to benefit customers.
• Develop new markets and opportunities to expand sales.
• Travel ~66% to visit customers; occasional 5–10% overnight for tradeshows/training.
