You will combine technical insight with sales acumen to advise on hydraulic, pneumatic, automation, and electronics solutions, coordinating with Inside Sales, Engineering, and Purchasing to meet customer needs. The role emphasizes building value-based relationships, expanding into new markets, and traveling regularly to meet clients and participate in events across multiple

• Strong mechanical, electrical, or mechatronics mindset.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team, suppliers, and customers.
• Ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain value-based customer relationships daily.
• Assist customers in selecting components, services, or systems from IFP Motion Solutions Inc.
• Coordinate customer needs with Inside Sales, Engineering, and Purchasing
• Leverage external partner-supplier resources and internal teams for technical support
• Advise clients on product selection, system integration, and customized solutions
• Use CRM to manage and track sales opportunities through the pipeline
• Participate in internal meetings to gain or share knowledge benefiting customers
• Expand sales by developing new markets and identifying growth opportunities
• Travel up to ~66% daily with 5–10% overnight trips for tradeshows/training
