Redi Carpet is seeking a Field Account Manager in the Sacramento market who will partner with property managers, owners, and multifamily communities. You will drive growth with autonomy and support from a trusted brand.

Base salary ranges $60,000–$65,000 with mileage allowance and profit-sharing bonus. This role requires face-to-face interactions and may involve operating a company or personal vehicle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field is required.
• Experience in B2B sales and consultative or solution-based selling is preferred.
• Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM is expected.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales and customer retention to improve profitability and satisfaction.
• Develop strategic sales calls and conduct face-to-face visits.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified accounts to meet sales targets.
• Focus on new accounts and territory growth through cold calling.
• Apply approved sales strategies and maintain product knowledge.
• Use Salesforce for reporting and data analysis to drive growth.
