Redi Carpet in the Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill area is seeking a Field Account Manager who will build relationships with multifamily property managers, owners, and community teams while driving territory growth through prospecting and account development.

This role requires a results-driven salesperson who thrives on face-to-face meetings, owns their territory, and delivers exceptional customer support and profitable new accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
• Business-to-Business sales experience including Consultative or Solution Based Selling.
• Proficiency with Salesforce.

Responsabilités

• Exceeds sales targets in a designated territory by implementing sales and marketing programs and establishing short and long-term sales strategies.
• Develops a strategic sales call schedule and conducts face-to-face visits to identify opportunities and grow revenue.
• Identifies, develops, and maintains a pipeline of qualified accounts to meet or exceed sales and margin plans using CRM tooling.
• Fosters new account opportunities through effective cold calling and territory growth strategies.
• Executes approved sales strategies to achieve targeted outcomes and build valuable client relationships with industry knowledge of services.
• Utilizes Salesforce reporting and analytics to identify opportunities for growth within the territory.
• Collaborates with inside sales to support business growth and development.
