Qualifications

• Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline.
• 7+ years of experience in a related field.
• Proven success in field sales and territory growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage and direct a sales force to achieve goals within a territory.
• Design and implement sales programs and short/long-term strategies.
• Develop retention programs to optimize performance and satisfaction.
• Forecast, plan, and report on sales activities and pricing.
• Travel regularly in field and address customer escalations.
