Job summary

Redi Carpet is seeking a Field Account Manager to cover the greater Los Angeles area, building lasting relationships with property managers, owners, and community teams while driving growth across the territory.

You will design sales programs, set strategic goals, and lead field activities to exceed revenue targets, with significant field travel and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in a related discipline with 7+ years in sales.
• Valid California driver's license and willingness to operate a personal vehicle.
• MVR check will be performed as part of the hiring process.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and direct a sales force to achieve territory goals.
• Design and implement sales programs and set short- and long-term strategies.
• Develop and implement customer retention programs to optimize sales performance.
• Forecast, plan, and report on sales activities and pricing.
• Travel regularly with overnight trips >50% of the time.
