Responsabilidades

• Support utility-sponsored programs to drive energy and water efficiency projects.
• Advocate for customers to clarify program offerings.
• Develop data-driven outreach to recruit and retain participants.
• Identify and qualify potential energy/water upgrades for customers.
• Increase awareness of benefits from utility incentives.
