Job summary

ICF is seeking an Account Manager to influence public sector agencies and contractors in Southern California, driving energy efficiency opportunities and program participation. This remote-based role will involve travel to meet with contractors and customers across Southern California, building a robust Trade Ally network and account base that delivers annual savings and future pipeline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years in sales/energy efficiency, or high school with 6+ years in related work.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass MVR check.

Responsibilities

• Influence public sector owners, managers, customers, and contractors to identify energy efficiency opportunities and participate in programs.
• Provide sales, account management, and field support for upgrading and retrofitting electrical and natural gas equipment.
• Build and maintain an account base that delivers same-year savings and future pipelines.
• Support marketing and outreach campaigns for program deployment.
• Explain program incentives to customers, distributors, trade allies, and stakeholders.
