Job summary

ICF is seeking an Associate Account Specialist, Manufactured Homes, in Louisiana with field-based responsibilities and local travel. You will support residential utility programs, coordinating with clients and ICF teams to drive energy efficiency and bill savings for Louisiana customers.

You will gain exposure to various energy efficiency projects, handling account management, trade ally relations, and technical services for a utility program, including reporting, analysis, and coordination

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required or equivalent
• 1+ years of professional work experience; utilities/energy sector preferred
• Must have valid driver's license and pass MVR check

Responsibilities

• Review project submissions from participating Trade Allies to ensure required information is complete and accurate.
• Perform desktop and field quality assurance reviews to validate project data and support compliance with program requirements.
• Provide day-to-day support to Trade Allies and internal team members by answering questions and sharing program resources.
• Assist with reports, presentations, database updates, and data tracking using Microsoft Office and industry-specific software.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with Trade Allies, contractors, industry organizations, and other program stakeholders.
• Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events to support program outreach and promotion.
• Stay informed on local, state, and federal energy efficiency programs and industry trends.
• Assist with identifying opportunities to enhance program offerings and participant engagement.
• Support additional program, administrative, and customer service activities as needed.
• Travel Requirements: Must have a reliable vehicle and be available for local travel up to 30% of the time within the region (mileage reimbursement provided).
