Job summary

White Cap Management LLC is hiring immediately for an Account Manager in our Accelerated Sales Program. This program fast-tracks new sales professionals into outside account management through structured training, classroom learning, and on-the-job development.

You will work with sales leaders to build relationships, learn market segments, and develop skills to drive value for customers. Base salary is complemented by performance-based incentives as you progress.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field or 1–2 years of sales/related field experience.
• Strong communication skills and comfortable interacting with team members.
• Requires strong self-governance, proactive approach, personal accountability, and independence.
• Competitive nature with a drive to succeed.
• Goal-oriented with personal accountability to deliver on metrics.
• Open to feedback and willing to take action to improve performance.
• Demonstrated ability to plan and organize daily activities.
• Spanish language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Participates in classroom, independent study, and on-the-job training to learn White Cap's business model, products, vendors, customer needs, jobsite environment, systems, competitors, pricing, sales approach, and selling skills.
• Prepares and executes account plans.
• Sells White Cap value proposition and products.
• Learn about making effective jobsite or office sales calls by riding along with the District Sales Manager or experienced Account Managers.
• Enters and processes customer orders.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
