NOW CFO is seeking an Account Executive in Salt Lake City to build and own a complete sales pipeline, engaging executives and business owners to close new engagements. This full-cycle role emphasizes prospecting, discovery, and consultative selling of NOW CFO’s services.

You'll leverage your outgoing, competitive drive to achieve an ambitious OTE with uncapped commission, plus benefits and hybrid work options after ramp up.

Qualificações

• 1 to 3 years of sales, business development, or revenue generating experience.
• Experience prospecting and moving opportunities through a sales cycle.
• Strong communication and relationship building skills.
• Confidence speaking with executives and business owners.
• Comfortable with outbound calling and consistent prospecting activity.

Responsabilidades

• Build your own pipeline through calls, email, LinkedIn, referrals, and creative prospecting
• Own the full sales cycle from first conversation through signed engagement
• Connect with CEOs, CFOs, Controllers, business owners, and other decision makers
• Lead discovery conversations to uncover accounting and finance needs
• Position NOW CFO’s consulting solutions in a clear, consultative way
• Manage opportunities with consistent follow up, urgency, and accountability
• Negotiate and close new client engagements
• Maintain accurate activity, notes, and pipeline updates in the CRM
• Partner with internal teams to create a smooth transition for new clients
