Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. seeks an Account Executive to drive commercial pest management sales across hospitality, food & beverage, healthcare, and retail segments. You will prospect, present solutions, and manage a full sales cycle while maintaining a customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A valid driver’s license from your state of residence.
• Two years of experience in B2B sales preferred; prospecting skills (cold calling, lead generation, networking) are valued.
• Self-motivated hunter mentality with ability to work independently.
• Travel up to 100% of time within assigned territory(s).

Responsibilities

• Create new business opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, networking, leads, referrals, and cross-selling.
• Visually inspect buildings for pests and sell pest control solutions and preventative maintenance for commercial customers.
• Craft territory development strategies to exceed sales targets.
• Learn and maintain knowledge of Rentokil’s programs, protocols, pricing, and services.
• Build partnerships and collaborate with internal departments to maximize growth opportunities and deliver outstanding service.
• Complete daily activities and sales performance using the company CRM.
