Job summary

Western Exterminator Company is seeking an Account Executive to drive new business and manage relationships with commercial customers across hospitality, food & beverage, healthcare, and retail sectors.

You will learn Rentokil's programs and pricing, develop territory strategies, and use a CRM to achieve sales targets while collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.
• Preferred 2 years of B2B sales experience with prospecting skills.

Responsibilities

• Create new business opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, networking, leads, referrals, and cross-selling.
• Visually inspect sites and identify pest management needs; sell pest control solutions and preventative maintenance for commercial customers.
• Craft territory development strategies to exceed sales targets.
• Learn Rentokil's programs, pricing policies, and service offerings.
• Build partnerships with internal departments to maximize growth opportunities and ensure outstanding service.
• Complete daily activities and sales performance using the company sales CRM.
