Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. is seeking an Account Executive to sell Commercial Pest Management Services and Products to new and existing commercial customers, while maintaining a customer-focused approach.

You will engage with hospitality, food & beverage, healthcare, and retail segments, receive thorough training, and develop proposals and presentations to close deals.

This role requires a hunter mentality, high drive, and willingness to travel up to 100% within the territory.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license from your state of residence.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.
• Preferred two years of B2B sales experience with prospecting skills (cold calling, lead generation, networking).
• Self-motivated, hunter’s mentality with the ability to work independently.
• Travel up to 100% of time within assigned territory(s).
• Licenses required will be provided and paid for by the company.

Responsibilities

• Create new business opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, networking, leads, referrals, and cross-selling.
• Visually inspect buildings for pests and sell pest control solutions and preventative maintenance.
• Craft territory development strategies to exceed sales targets.
• Learn and maintain knowledge of Rentokil’s programs, protocols, pricing, and service offerings.
• Build partnerships with internal departments to maximize growth opportunities and ensure outstanding service.
• Complete daily activities and sales performance using the company CRM.
