Job summary

Tradesmen International is seeking a Commercial Account Executive to grow and manage an assigned sales territory in the construction staffing industry. This is an outside sales role: you'll be in the field daily, building relationships with commercial construction clients, generating new business, and growing existing accounts.

Uncapped commission means your earning potential grows directly with your results.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of outside or B2B sales experience in construction or staffing.
• Proven ability to generate new business.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and independent in field.
• CRM experience preferred (Salesforce).

Responsibilities

• Prospect, cold call, and canvass within your territory to generate new business.
• Make direct sales calls and presentations to contractors, facility managers, and HR managers.
• Educate prospects on the value of a skilled workforce.
• Partner with Project Coordinators to match craftsworkers to orders.
• Maintain and exceed quarterly sales goals.
• Build relationships with client senior management and site staff.
• Manage the full client lifecycle: onboarding, satisfaction checks, and issue resolution.
• Support field employees by prepping for assignments and post-dispatch check-ins.
• Track sales activity and maintain client records in Salesforce.
• Attend trade association events and build industry relationships.
• Collect on outstanding invoices and support timely payment cycles.
