Job summary

Stratis Group in Michigan is seeking an Access & Reimbursement Manager for a contracted, field-based role to educate provider offices on payer requirements and reimbursement processes, and to support patient access in the cardiovascular portfolio.

You will develop territory plans, travel 3-4 days weekly, collaborate with sales, market access, hub/specialty partners, and document activities in CRM, while adhering to ROE and ensuring compliant access solutions for patients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Managed Care, Field Reimbursement, Patient Services, or related areas.
• 4-year degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• Travel 3–4 days per week within territory.
• Strong analytic and communication capabilities.
• Knowledge of CMS policies and Medicare Part D.
• Experience educating providers on access processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily activities to support patient access in provider offices.
• Educate offices on prior authorizations, appeals, and denials.
• Provide in-person customer visits and participate in client meetings.
• Document activities in CRM and share field insights.
• Monitor payer policy, formulary coverage, and access pathways in territory.
• Use client-approved materials and ROE guidelines.
