Job summary

Compass Pathways plc is seeking a Field Patient Access Liaison to drive REMS certification, site access readiness, and education on reimbursement processes. The role is field-based in Phoenix or Tucson, AZ, reporting to the Regional Director, Field Patient Access, with responsibilities across REMS, HUB, and external support networks.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years in field reimbursement and patient access, strong cross-functional collaboration skills, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in field reimbursement and patient access within pharmaceutical or biotech settings.
• Experience supporting access, reimbursement processes, specialty pharmacy programs, patient support services, and prior authorizations.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Educate sites on REMS site certification activities and patient REMS enrolment processes.
• Support site access workflows after REMS certification and strengthen account relationships.
• Provide compliant education on coverage, coding, payment, reimbursement, and appeals.
• Educate on case management processes for consented patients and privacy of health information.
• Identify and troubleshoot case-level access barriers via approved pathways (buy-and-bill, HUB, specialty pharmacy).
• Coordinate patient treatment logistics across REMS requirements, HUB, and distribution partners.
