Job summary

Stratis Group is seeking an Access Reimbursement Manager to manage a dedicated territory and support access for providers and patients. The role involves educating healthcare teams on access services, reimbursement processes, and patient support programs, with direct client engagement and field visits.

You will coordinate with HUB, call center, and market access partners, serve as payer expert for the geography, and help offices navigate prior authorizations, benefits investigations, and claims

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in one or more areas: Managed Care, Field Reimbursement, Patient Services and/or Sales (Specialty or Biologics)
• 4 year degree or 8+ years in related healthcare roles and/or pharmaceutical or medical industry
• Ability to travel 3-4 days a week, reside within the territory
• Experience educating offices on access processes and issue resolution
• Experience delivering educational presentations (Zoom/Webex/Teams)
• Knowledge of CMS policies and Medicare/Medicaid processes

Responsibilities

• Manage daily activities that support patient access in provider offices
• Act as extension of HUB with in-person client visits
• Participate in client meetings and team calls; log activities in CRM
• Serve as payer expert for defined geography; communicate payer changes
• Provide office education on access process, forms, benefits investigations, prior authorization, appeals
• Educate offices using client-provided materials
• Review patient case information in a compliant manner
• Educate physician office staff on patient support services including portals
