Job summary

Stratis Group is seeking an Access Reimbursement Manager to oversee a designated territory, educating provider offices on access and reimbursement and coordinating with HUB, Call Center, and medical teams. The role requires advising on payer policies and resolving patient access issues while handling PHI in a compliant manner.

Ideal candidates have multi-year healthcare experience, strong presentation and educational skills, and the ability to travel 3–4 days a week.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in Managed Care, Field Reimbursement, or related healthcare roles.
  • 4 year degree or 8+ years in related healthcare fields.
  • Willingness to travel 3–4 days per week with overnight stays.
  • Strong business acumen and analytic capabilities.
  • Experience with specialty/biologic products and complex reimbursement.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a dedicated territory to support access for providers and patients.
  • Educate offices on access processes, payer changes, and reimbursement procedures.
  • Act as an extension of HUB and other access services, including in-person visits.
  • Present to clients and participate in client meetings; log activity in CRM.
  • Serve as payer expert and communicate updates to stakeholders promptly.
  • Prepare expense reports and maintain compliant handling of PHI.
