Job summary

Stratis Group is seeking an Access Reimbursement Manager in the Tampa, FL area to support provider and patient access initiatives. The role requires educating healthcare offices on reimbursement processes and collaborating with HUB, call center, and market access teams to ensure timely authorization and coverage for products.

The ARM will travel 50-80% within the territory, act as a payer expert, and drive education and issue resolution for payer changes and patient assistance programs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Managed Care, Field Reimbursement, Patient Services and/or Sales (Specialty or Biologics) or healthcare provider practice management.
• 4 year degree or 8+ years in related healthcare roles and/or pharmaceutical or medical industry
• Ability to travel 3-4 days a week, with overnights and flights, reside within the territory
• Experience with specialty/biologic products and/or complex reimbursement process
• Demonstrated ability to educate offices on access processes and issue resolution
• Experience educating HCPs on client specific Patient Service programs (i.e. copay, nurse education, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Manage daily activities that support appropriate patient access to our client's products in provider offices and liaison with HUB, Call Center, and Specialty Pharmacy Services.
• Act as an extension of client's HUB, providing in-person customer visits as appropriate.
• Participate in client meetings and input call activity into CRM as appropriate.
• Serve as payer expert for defined geography and communicate payer changes to key stakeholders promptly.
• Provide office education on formulary coverage criteria, insurance forms, prior authorization, appeals, and claims resolution.
• Educate physician office staff on patient support services, including web-based portals.
