Job summary

Stratis Group is seeking an Access & Reimbursement Manager to manage a dedicated territory across Michigan and Indiana. The role focuses on provider and patient access, payer education, and reimbursement solutions, coordinating with HUB and market access teams.

The ARM will educate offices on access processes, assist with prior authorizations and claims, and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to optimize patient access and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in Managed Care, Field Reimbursement, Patient Services or Sales in healthcare/pharma

Responsibilities

• Manage daily activities that support patient access in provider offices and coordinate with HUB, Call Center, and Specialty Pharmacy Services.
• Act as an extension of client’s HUB and conduct in-person visits as needed.
• Participate in client meetings and input call activity into CRM.
• Serve as payer expert for defined geography and communicate payer changes to stakeholders.
• Educate offices on access processes, formulary criteria, insurance forms, and prior authorizations.
• Educate physician office staff on patient services portals and materials.
