Job summary

Stratis Group, a pharmaceutical consulting firm, seeks a Field Reimbursement Manager to support provider offices across a defined territory in the United States. You will educate providers on access services, reimbursement pathways, and patient support programs, and act as payer expert for the geography.

You’ll collaborate with HUB, call center, and market access teams, manage CRM activity, and travel 3–4 days a week within the territory while ensuring compliant, patient-centered reimbursement

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Managed Care, Field Reimbursement, Patient Services or related sales.
• 4-year degree or 8+ years in related healthcare roles.
• Ability to travel 3-4 days a week within the territory.
• Solution oriented mindset with strong business acumen.
• Experience with specialty/biologic products and complex reimbursement.
• Experience educating offices on access processes and issue resolution.
• Experience delivering educational presentations via Zoom, Webex, and/or Teams.
• Knowledge of CMS policies and Medicare/Medicaid processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily activities that support patient access to products in provider offices and liaise with HUB and other access services.
• Act as an extension of client’s HUB and provide in-person customer visits as needed.
• Participate in client meetings and input call activity into the CRM.
• Serve as payer expert for defined geography and communicate payer changes to stakeholders.
• Educate offices on formulary coverage, prior authorization, and appeals processes.
• Travel within territory up to 3–4 days per week; ensure compliant reimbursement processes.
