argenx is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager to optimize patient access to its portfolio in the United States. You will build trusted relationships with healthcare providers, educate on reimbursement across medical and pharmacy benefits, and develop account-specific access strategies to remove barriers to therapy.

The role requires extensive cross-functional collaboration with Patient Services, Market Access, and other internal stakeholders, plus the ability to travel extensively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in healthcare.
• 5+ years in reimbursement, patient access, market access, or related healthcare.
• Experience with therapies reimbursed under medical and pharmacy benefits.
• Strong communication, organizational and customer engagement skills.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary reimbursement and patient access resource for providers in the assigned territory.
• Educate customers on payer policies, prior authorizations, claims, and appeals.
• Develop account-specific access strategies and navigate barriers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support patient access and outcomes.
