Job summary

Stratis Group is seeking an Access & Reimbursement Manager to join our field-based team, focusing on patient access and payer strategies within the cardiovascular space. You will educate provider offices on prior authorization, denials, and reimbursement pathways while coordinating with sales, hub partners, and market access stakeholders.

In this role, you will develop territory access plans, monitor payer policies, and deliver in-person visits to offices.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in managed care, field reimbursement, patient services, or related sales.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Cardiovascular experience or hospital healthcare systems is a plus.
  • Travel 3–4 days per week and reside within the territory.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business acumen skills.
  • Knowledge of Retail and Specialty pharmacies is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Educate provider offices on access processes, prior authorizations, denials, and reimbursement.
  • Provide in-person customer visits.
  • Coordinate with client teams, hub partners, and matrix stakeholders.
  • Document activities in CRM and share field insights with internal teams.
  • Monitor payer policy, formulary coverage, utilization management, and access barriers.
  • Communicate changes and field insights to internal stakeholders in a timely, compliant manner.
  • Identify and report reimbursement challenges and opportunities for continuous improvement.
