Job summary

Stratis Group is seeking an Access & Reimbursement Manager to be a field-based resource driving patient access education and payer strategy within a defined territory. You will coordinate with sales, market access, hub partners, and other stakeholders to ensure compliant access for cardiovascular products and reimbursement solutions across Retail and Specialty Pharmacy channels.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Managed Care, Field Reimbursement, Patient Services, or Sales (Specialty or Biologics)
• 4-year degree or equivalent experience
• Cardiovascular/Cardiology and Hospital Healthcare Systems experience a plus
• Willingness to travel 3-4 days per week; reside within the territory
• Strong analytic capabilities and business acumen
• Experience educating HCPs and office staff on access processes and patient service programs
• Knowledge of CMS policies and Medicare Part D for Pharmacy Benefit products

Responsibilities

• Manage daily activities to support patient access in provider offices and coordinate with patient assistance and access services
• Educate offices on Retail and Specialty Pharmacy prior authorizations, appeals, and denials
• Provide in-person customer visits and participate in client meetings
• Serve as the local access and reimbursement expert for the geography and monitor payer policy, formulary coverage, and utilization management
• Communicate changes and insights to internal stakeholders; use client-approved materials and ROE
• Identify access barriers and payer trends to support continuous improvement
• Report adverse events, product complaints, and other reportable information as required
