Job summary

Stratis Group, an independent pharmaceutical consulting firm, seeks an Access & Reimbursement Manager for a field-based role in a defined territory. You will educate provider offices on payer requirements, reimbursement processes, patient support services, and approved access resources to facilitate insurance authorization.

Develop and execute a territory access plan, coordinate with sales, market access, and hub partners, and document activities in the CRM while monitoring payer policy,

Qualifications

• 3+ years in managed care, field reimbursement, patient services, or related healthcare roles.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to travel 3–4 days per week within the territory.
• Knowledge of CMS policies and Medicare Part D.
• Experience educating providers on access processes and patient service programs.
• Strong analytical capabilities and business acumen.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily activities to ensure patient access in provider offices and liaise with access services.
• Educate on prior authorizations, appeals, denials for Retail and Specialty Pharmacy.
• Participate in client meetings and CRM activity.
• Serve as the local access and reimbursement expert for the assigned geography and monitor payer policy, formulary coverage, and utilization management.
• Communicate changes and field insights to internal stakeholders in a timely and compliant manner.
• Identify and communicate barriers and reimbursement challenges to support continuous improvement.
• Report adverse events and other reportable information per policy.
