Job summary

Stratis Group is seeking a proactive Access & Reimbursement Manager to act as a dedicated access resource in a field-based role across a defined territory. You will educate provider offices on payer requirements, reimbursement processes, and patient support services to ensure optimal access for cardiovascular products.

The role emphasizes building compliant, consultative relationships with healthcare providers, coordinating with sales, market access, and hub partners, and driving territory plans

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Managed Care, Field Reimbursement, Patient Services, and/or Sales in healthcare.
• 4-year degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• Flexibility to travel 3–4 days per week and reside within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Educate providers and office staff on payer requirements, reimbursement processes, and patient access resources.
• Develop and execute a territory access plan in coordination with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor payer policy trends, formularies, and access barriers to inform internal stakeholders.
• Provide education and support to ensure insurance authorization and patient access where appropriate.
• Document activities in the CRM and maintain ROE-compliant interactions.
