Job summary

Stratis Group is seeking an Access & Reimbursement Manager for a field-based role in the United States. You will educate provider offices on payer requirements, reimbursement processes, and patient access resources in a cardiovascular-focused portfolio.

The role requires developing territory plans, coordinating with sales, market access, patient services, and hub partners, and documenting activities in the CRM platform while maintaining compliance with ROE.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in managed care, field reimbursement, patient services, or pharma sales.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Medicare/CMS policies a plus.
• Willingness to travel 3–4 days per week within the territory.
• Strong communication and education skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory access plan and prioritize accounts.
• Educate provider offices on payer requirements, reimbursement processes and ROE.
• Coordinate with sales, market access and hub partners to align access strategy.
• Document activities in CRM and monitor payer policy changes.
• Identify access barriers and provide compliant issue resolution.
