Job summary

Stratis Group seeks an Access & Reimbursement Manager to act as the dedicated access resource across a defined territory. You will educate provider offices on payer requirements, reimbursement processes, and patient support services, with a focus on cardiovascular products.

The role involves developing a territory access plan, coordinating with matrix stakeholders, and ensuring compliant, data-driven patient access strategies. Significant travel within the territory is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Managed Care, Field Reimbursement, Patient Services, or healthcare sales.
• 4-year degree or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to travel 3–4 days per week within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory access plan and educate providers on payer requirements.
• Coordinate with sales, market access, patient services, and hub partners.
• Document activities in the CRM platform and maintain ROE compliance.
• Provide education on prior authorizations, appeals, denials, and reimbursement processes.
• Identify access insights and communicate trends to internal stakeholders.
• Report adverse events and product issues per client policy.
