Job summary

Stratis Group is seeking an Access & Reimbursement Manager to serve as a dedicated access resource within a defined territory in the United States. You will educate provider offices on payer requirements, reimbursement processes, patient services, and approved resources to support patient access for cardiovascular products.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Managed Care, Field Reimbursement, Patient Services, or Sales.
• 4-year degree or equivalent experience.
• Cardiovascular/Cardiology and hospital system exposure is a plus.
• Willingness to travel 3–4 days per week within the territory.
• Strong business acumen, analytics and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Retail/Specialty Pharmacies and patient services.
• Ability to educate offices on access processes and issue resolution.
• Experience educating healthcare professionals on patient service programs.
• Experience delivering in-person or virtual education.
• Advanced knowledge of medical insurance terminology.
• CMS policies/processes (Part D for Pharmacy benefits) familiarity.
• Proven relationship builder and team collaborator.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and solve problems.
• Prepare timely expense reports and maintain records.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily activities to support patient access and liaise with access support services.
• Educate on Retail and Specialty Pharmacy prior authorizations, appeals and denials.
• Provide in-person customer visits and participate in client meetings.
• Input activity into CRM and coordinate with matrix stakeholders.
• Serve as local access and reimbursement expert for the geography.
• Communicate payer policy changes and field insights to stakeholders.
• Use client-approved materials and resources in all engagements.
• Identify access insights and reimbursement challenges for continuous improvement.
• Report adverse events and other required information per policy.
