Job summary

Stratis Group is seeking an Access & Reimbursement Manager to serve as the field-based resource for payer requirements, reimbursement processes, and patient access education in an assigned territory. You will collaborate with sales, market access, and hub partners to develop a territory plan and drive compliant access strategies.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Managed Care, Field Reimbursement, Patient Services, or related areas.
• 4-year degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• Travel 3-4 days a week with overnights, reside within territory.
• Knowledge of CMS policies and Medicare Part D benefits is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Educate offices on Retail and Specialty Pharmacy prior authorizations, appeals and denials.
• Provide in-person customer visits and participate in client meetings.
• Monitor payer policy, formulary coverage and utilization management requirements.
• Input activity into the CRM and communicate field insights to internal stakeholders.
