Job summary

Stratis is seeking an Access & Reimbursement Manager for a field-based role in the United States. The ARM will educate provider offices on payer requirements, reimbursement processes, and patient support services, while executing territory access plans and coordinating with sales and hub partners.

The role requires educating offices on prior authorizations, denials, and access processes, with travel 3-4 days per week within the territory and a strong focus on compliant, ROE-driven activities.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in managed care, field reimbursement, patient services, or related sales roles.
  • 4-year degree or equivalent experience.
  • Travel 3–4 days per week within the territory; reside in territory.
  • Strong analytic skills and business acumen; ability to educate HCPs on access processes.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily activities to support patient access and liaise with access services.
  • Educate providers on prior authorizations, appeals, and denials.
  • Conduct in-person customer visits and participate in client meetings.
  • Record activities in CRM and report field insights to stakeholders.
  • Be the local access and reimbursement expert for the geography.
  • Use client-approved materials and ROE-compliant engagement.
