Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager to lead education, access strategies, and issue resolution for HCPs in the Lansing, MI territory, including Grand Rapids, Ann Arbor, and Fort Wayne. You will work up to 50% on-site with providers, driving reimbursement outcomes across Janssen therapies.

You will collaborate with sales, marketing, and PECS teams, manage payer relationships, and stay current on policies and coding.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/MPH preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in account management and reimbursement in provider offices.
• Reimbursement or managed care experience.
• Ability to establish relationships, collaborate, and influence across a matrix organization.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical and communication skills.
• Experience with patient support HUB services and access programs.
• Valid US driver’s license and driving record compliance.
• Permanent residence in the listed territory.

Aufgaben

• Educate HCPs on reimbursement processes, claims submissions, procedures, and coding requirements of payer organizations (local payers, government payers, etc.).
• Collaborate with field support team members and serve as access, fulfillment, and reimbursement expert for the local team.
• Lead compliant access and fulfillment discussions with field support team members.
• Utilize data and account management skills to proactively address access barriers.
• Address critical access and affordability issues for patients with urgency and accountability.
• Partner with managed care colleagues to understand policies and changes.
• Conduct field-based reimbursement and access support, education and problem-solving.
• Build strong, trust-based relationships with customers in all assigned accounts.
• Manage territory logistics, routing, and account business planning.
• Maintain knowledge of market dynamics, coverage, and coding requirements.
• Grow knowledge of hub and specialty distribution channels for patient support.
• Collaborate with internal departments as SME on education and insights across payer types.
• Execute business in line with ethical, legal, and compliance standards.
