Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is hiring a Field Reimbursement Manager to lead education and issue resolution with healthcare providers in the Lansing, MI region and adjacent markets. This role requires on-site engagement with HCPs up to 75% of the time and close collaboration with sales and medical teams.

The candidate will manage access and fulfillment discussions, stay current with coverage policies, and drive proactive solutions to improve patient access to therapies across Janssen Neuroscience products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or business; MBA/MPH preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in reimbursement or managed care.
• Experience with pharmacy/medical benefit design, coding, and prior authorizations.

Responsibilities

• Educate HCPs on reimbursement processes, claims, and coding requirements.
• Collaborate with field support teams and serve as access, fulfillment, and reimbursement expert.
• Lead compliant access discussions and address gaps in patient access and affordability.
