Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business/public administration or equivalent.
• MBA/MPH preferred for advanced roles.
• Experience in reimbursement, access and payer policy is required.

Responsibilities

• Educate HCPs on reimbursement processes, submissions, and coding requirements.
• Collaborate with field support teams and act as access, fulfillment, and reimbursement expert.
• Lead compliant access discussions with field teams and address access barriers.
• Build relationships with customers and manage territory logistics and account planning.
• Maintain knowledge of national, regional, and local market dynamics and payer policies.
