Johnson & Johnson in the Lansing, MI territory seeks a Field Reimbursement Manager to lead education and resolution for patient access to Janssen therapies. This role requires collaboration across functions to improve reimbursement processes and patient outcomes.

You will spend substantial time on-site with healthcare providers, assess education needs, and drive compliant access and fulfillment strategies to support patients through their treatment journey.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or business/public administration is required; MBA/MPH preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Account Management and/or Reimbursement experience with providers.
• Reimbursement or managed care experience (revenue cycle, buy-and-bill, prior authorization, coding, and appeals).
• Ability to establish relationships, collaborate, and influence across a matrix organization.
• Problem-solving ability to navigate access scenarios and identify solutions.
• Superior communication skills (written and verbal).
• Experience working with patient support HUB services.
• Valid US driver’s license and driving record in compliance with company standards.
• Permanent residence in the listed territory.

Responsabilités

• Educate healthcare providers on reimbursement processes, claims submissions, procedures, and coding requirements.
• Collaborate with field support team members and serve as access, fulfillment, and reimbursement expert for the local team.
• Lead compliant access and fulfillment discussions with field support team members.
• Utilize data and account management skills to proactively address access barriers.
• Address critical access and affordability issues for patients with urgency and accountability.
• Partner with managed care colleagues to understand current policies and potential changes.
• Conduct field-based reimbursement and access support aligned to FRM Rules of Engagement.
• Build trust-based relationships with customers in assigned accounts.
• Manage territory logistics, routing, and account business planning.
