Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or business/public administration (MBA/MPH preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Account Management and/or Reimbursement experience in provider offices.
• Experience with pharmacy and medical/buy&bill benefit design, coding, billing, and prior authorizations.

Responsibilities

• Educate healthcare providers on reimbursement processes, submissions, and coding requirements.
• Collaborate with field support teams and serve as access, fulfillment, and reimbursement expert.
• Lead compliant access and fulfillment discussions with field teams.
• Use data to address access barriers and accelerate patient access.
• Address urgent access and affordability issues for patients with urgency and accountability.
• Partner with managed care to understand policies and changes.
• Conduct field-based reimbursement and access support aligned to FRM Rules of Engagement.
• Build strong relationships with customers and manage territory logistics and planning.
